Each cake is made of 54 Premium brand Pampers disposable diapers - size 1, decorated with six Johnson & Johnson sample-sized products and topped with a wooden 3D Lion and palm tree decoration and embellished with matching turquoise, lime green, chocolate brown and yellow bows and ribbons.
